This is an independent magazine called divine, the project had us working in a group of 4 each with their own topic, all topics had to relate to the term religion in some way. I looked at terms such as following and cult which is where I determined my topic would be subculture, looking at music and fashion with the question of has the internet killed subculture? I also designed the front cover and the contents page; I colour coded everyone’s topic giving myself yellow.

I wanted to bring a sense of style and sophistication to the topic of subculture and so I created several practical design pieces looking at quotes about certain sub cultures and representing them through my use of typography, iconography and overall composition.
